1. Parties

2. The service

MentorSuite is a subscription service for academies and companies ("the customer"). The customer publishes courses, manages learners and charges on its own account. Prices, plan limits (active learners, instructors, languages, zones) and extras are those on the pricing page and the invoice. The free trial lasts 14 days and requires a card; video and voice generation is enabled with the first payment.

MentorSuite is the platform brand for experts who charge for their knowledge: a community with paid memberships and areas by tier, an AI trained on the expert’s own material that answers with citations to their content and always carries the label that it is an AI, a question queue for the expert to verify, paid 1:1 video sessions (recorded only if the person agrees) and audio dubbing in their own voice under signed consent. The AI explains the expert’s material: it does not provide tax, legal or financial advice.

3. Customer obligations

The customer warrants it holds the rights to the content it publishes and the written consent of every instructor to clone their voice and likeness. LearnSuite clones the instructor's voice as part of the dubbing service, only with that express consent, solely to dub that instructor's courses and without sharing it or using it for any other purpose; the instructor can withdraw consent whenever they like, after which the voice stops being used and the model is destroyed. The customer is the controller of its learners' data; LearnSuite acts as processor under the Data processing agreement.

4. Payment and cancellation

Monthly or annual subscription paid in advance, taxes not included for businesses. The customer can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Purchased clone minutes do not expire while the subscription is active.

5. Availability

Monthly availability target of 99.5 %, excluding scheduled maintenance. Enterprise plans have their own service-level agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content belongs to Codelabs Studio, S.L. or its licensors. Downloading, recording, reproducing or reselling it is prohibited. The watermark identifies the origin of a copy.

7. Liability

Training content does not replace professional judgement. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.

The AI assistants are not health professionals and do not replace one, nor emergency services. If a conversation shows signs of a serious risk to the person or to a third party, the assistant keeps the conversation open, shows the helplines of the person's country and notifies the academy, coach or professional. If you choose not to record, nothing is kept unless we detect a serious risk to you or to another person; in that case it is kept for safety and only handed to the authorities if they request it.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These texts are governed by Spanish law. If you contract or use the service as a business or professional, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Juzgados y Tribunales de Málaga (Spain). If you are a consumer, the competent courts are those determined by the mandatory consumer protection legislation (generally, those of your place of residence), and the Juzgados y Tribunales de Málaga only where the law allows it.
