We use strictly necessary cookies only:

• ls_session: your session (24 hours, or 2 hours on demo accounts).
• NEXT_LOCALE: interface language.
• ls_oauth: during Google sign-in (10 minutes).
• ls_device: device identifier for the three-device limit per licence (one year).
• Cloudflare Turnstile cookies to tell people from bots on forms.
• Stripe cookies during payment.
• cl_consent: your choice in the cookie banner (180 days).
• ls_internal: only on our own team's devices, so their visits are left out of the statistics (2 years).
• partner_ref: which partner recommended us, to credit your sign-up or purchase to them as our contract with them requires (90 days). It is needed to perform that contract, not advertising: it is not shared with third parties nor follows you outside MentorSuite, and it does not depend on the banner.

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Usage analytics, where present, works without cookies. Personal invitation links (those carrying ?v= that we send to a specific person to show them a demo) record, for whoever sent the invitation, which pages are opened with them, when, for how long, the rough type of device and browser and the rough area (country and city according to Cloudflare). No cookie is used for this and no IP address is stored. You can delete cookies in your browser; without the necessary ones you cannot sign in. You can change your choice from "Cookie settings" in the footer. The assistant chat of the website does not set cookies: only when you open it and write does it keep a session identifier in your browser's session storage (see the privacy policy).
