What experts ask us
Does the AI give advice to my members?
No. It explains your material and cites where it comes from. What depends on each person’s specific case it hands to you or to a 1:1 session. It always carries the label saying it is an AI trained on your material.
What happens if the AI does not know the answer?
It says so and the question goes to your queue. It does not fill gaps with what is not in your material.
How do I charge my members?
With a monthly subscription by tiers or a one-time lifetime price, inside the platform. If someone stops paying, they lose access automatically and we ask them the reason.
Why can links and files not be sent?
Because in money communities the main risk is scams and private solicitation. You can allow the links you choose.
Are the 1:1 sessions recorded?
Only if you switch it on and the member consents. If they choose not to record, nothing is recorded. With recording you get a transcript, who said what and a summary.
Can I use my brand and my domain?
Yes. Your logo, your colours and, from the Pro plan, your own domain.
How does my voice in other languages work?
With your signed consent we clone your voice and dub your videos, one track per language. You can withdraw it at any time.
How much do the AI and the paid sessions cost?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of text-AI conversations, larger on higher plans, and unlimited members. On top of any plan you can switch on optional modules: extended AI (it multiplies that allowance), voice AI and paid sessions. The allowances and the monthly price of each module are on the pricing page and you only pay for what you switch on. If you are unsure which fits your case, write to us.
